Dear PAARL Members,

Greetings!

I have written this letter in my capacity as
creator of the ICONIUM, LIBRO SYSTEM, MABINI, RIZAL,
ARKIVO, AQUINAS, THESAURI BUILDER, a different
library, archives, indexing language system
primarily to help in organizing the collections of
libraries, information centers, and archives in
response to the growing needs for automation of the
library holdings.

To date, several institutions (public and private)
are using my systems in their library operations, to
wit: Globe Telecom, St. Scholastica
College-Westgrove, Sienna College Quezon City, Saint
Paul-Paranaque, Philippine Daily Inquirer, La Salle

Foundation, SPLASH Research Institute, and others.

For posterity and my advocacy to help automate the
libraries, I am offering the ICONIUM to any
institutions for free.

a day training of one (1) librarian for operating
and handling the system.
