The Philippine Librarians Association Inc. - Cagayan Valley Region Librarians Council (CaVRLC) is pleased to invite you to the Three-Day Conference with the theme "Advancing the Future of Libraries" on September 24-26, 2012 at the Bulwagang Teodulfo Domingo, University of Saint Louis, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan.

The aims of the seminar are: 1) To inform librarians and those people working in the library about the latest trends in the managing libraries, 2) To understand accreditation as an important aspect in the development of libraries, 3) To improve the services of the library using advance technologies, 4) To plan ahead for the future of libraries by understanding the different techniques in planning.

We shall also be inviting the PRC Regional Director to discuss matters pertaining to PRC concerns.

There will be a registration fee of Php 3,500.00 for live in participants inclusive of snacks, lunches, seminar kit and (2- night accommodation) and Php3,000.00 for live out inclusive to snacks, lunches and seminar kit.
